Overview
Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze was founded durring the early 11th century, by Cú̄s Nidaw̋ 'Doll Diamond' Mp̪voī Sé̄kīb Séchīb Lush Brîtco. The establishment of Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze's construction back out of the project. Cú̄s Nidaw̋ 'Doll Diamond' Mp̪voī Sé̄kīb Séchīb Lush Brîtco pushed on reguardles, and Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze was built using the conventions of Wareneese durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze is buildings are built arround a single premissive paverstone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze's monster and outlaw focused fortifications has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze’s streets. A look around Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze long.

The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

History
A vast influx of newcomers over the last (17801 % 6)+1 years has greatly spiked Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze's population. They may have been drawn by economic opportunities, or fled some pursuing peril, or been forcibly moved there by a ruler who wanted to dilute the existing native cohesion. The natives may not have the resources or opportunities to integrate these newcomers, and it may be that the new population has no desire to stay longer than is necessary.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze lost 238 people, 288 livestock, and 34 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 214, when members of Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze's militia enacted an operation to assassinate an enemy spy. The operation was complicated by a significant percentage of the militia choose to go abandon the operation and return home. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the strategic location, which ended in defeat for Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Rûlichyû Hidu̹ Mîze's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
